Lovely hotel in the center of everything! Staff was very friendly and made recommendations for restaurants and sights. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was a nice size. The bathroom amenities were plentiful. Would definitely stay there again!

We had the cosmopolitan room which was amazing , the staff were very reasonable and accommodating and had a great since of humor. Already booked our next trip there. Only negative no room service like we thought sadly and the elevators can be a little tricky to get use too but all in all would highly recommended to anyone

The paramount was so accommodating of our party during our stay. They were so kind every day of our trip, and even held our luggage for the day after we checked out due to our flight being a red eye. Their kindness was my first taste of Seattle, so do yourself a service and stay here when you visit!
Booked this place for my family on our 4 day trip of Seattle. We came in a little early to leave our bags before the check-in time, but the front desk person was so kind to allow us to check in a room that was already prepared, for no extra charge. The hotel is nice and clean, and I have no real complaints to say about the two queen bed room I had booked. The location is a perfect walking to a lot of tourist destinations, including the marketplace and the Starbucks Reserve. And the stores and restaurants directly in the vicinity of the hotel are decent enough too. All in all, this was a great experience for a Seattle trip.
Fantastic little hotel right in the middle of things in Seattle. Ours was a last-minute, mid-week, off-season stay, and they gave us an amazing deal with free valet parking. Unlike chain hotels, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, not just parroting the script they have to follow. Outstanding experience, beginning to end!
